View Content by Profile

Filter your content by profile to quickly view courses assigned to a specific audience or learner group.

  1. Log in to your Admin account
  2. From the main navigation menu, select Content
  3. In the top right corner of the screen, locate the Profile dropdown
  4. Click the dropdown to view available profiles
  5. Select the profile you would like to view

Your content list will update to display content associated with the selected profile.

To return to viewing all content:

  • Open the Profile dropdown
  • Select All Profiles

 Use profile filtering to quickly manage and review content for specific learner groups or departments.
