Upload eLearning (SCORM)

Learner Mobile makes it easy to host and deliver existing eLearning content. Whether you want to build a course around your SCORM package or create a standalone eLearning course, you can upload and deploy your content in just a few steps.

Option 1: Upload SCORM into an Existing Course

  1. Log in to the Admin side of Learner Mobile.
  2. From the left-hand navigation menu, select Content.
  3. Open an existing course or create a new one.
  4. Open the lesson where you would like the SCORM content to appear.
  5. Select the Add Element icon and choose Embedded SCORM from the element library.

Once selected, upload your SCORM package from your computer.

After the upload is complete, you can position the element within the lesson alongside text, videos, images, knowledge checks, and other learning elements.

Option 2: Create a Standalone SCORM Course

If your SCORM package is already a complete course, you can upload it directly into Learner Mobile without building additional lessons.

  1. Log in to the Admin side of Learner Mobile.
  2. From the Content area, select the option to upload eLearning content.
  3. Upload your SCORM package.
  4. Learner Mobile will automatically create a course using the uploaded eLearning package.

From there, you can:

  • Edit the course title
  • Add a description
  • Update course artwork
  • Assign the course to learners
  • Publish the course

Preview and Publish

Before publishing, use the Preview button to confirm the content launches and functions as expected.

Once you're satisfied with the course:

  1. Save your changes.
  2. Publish the course.
  3. Assign the training to learners or audiences as needed.

Why It Matters

Uploading SCORM content allows you to bring training you've already created into Learner Mobile quickly. Whether it's part of a larger curriculum or a standalone course, your learners can access it through the same streamlined learning experience as the rest of their training.
