Templates Overview

Learner Mobile includes a growing library of ready-made courses that can be used as-is or customized to fit your organization's needs. Whether you need leadership development, customer service training, compliance content, or professional skills training, the course library provides a quick starting point that saves time and accelerates course creation.

Step 1: Log In to the Admin Side

Begin by logging in to your Learner Mobile administrator account.

After logging in, you will arrive on the Admin Dashboard where you can create, manage, and assign training content.

Step 2: Navigate to Content

From the left navigation menu, select Content.

This area contains all of your channels, courses, lessons, curriculums, and training resources.

Step 3: Create a New Course

Within the desired channel, select Create New.

A menu will appear with several content creation options.

Choose Edit from Library.

This option allows you to browse Learner Mobile's ready-made course library and customize existing courses for your team.

Step 4: Browse the Course Library

A library window will open displaying available courses.

You can:

  • Browse available course categories
  • Search for specific topics
  • Review course titles and descriptions
  • Select the course that best fits your training needs

Courses cover a variety of topics including leadership, communication, customer service, planning, organization, and professional development.

Once you find a course you'd like to use, simply select it to continue.

Step 5: Customize Your Course

After selecting a course, Learner Mobile will open the course inside the Course Builder.

From here, you can choose to:

  • Keep the course exactly as provided
  • Edit lesson content
  • Add or remove lessons
  • Update text and images
  • Insert quizzes or Skills Checks
  • Adjust branding and design elements
  • Tailor content to your organization's processes and policies

All changes are saved to your version of the course, allowing you to create training that feels unique to your organization while benefiting from a ready-made foundation.

  • Review all course content before publishing.
  • Update examples and policies to reflect your organization.
  • Add company-specific resources where appropriate.
  • Use quizzes and Skills Checks to reinforce learning.
  • Preview the course before assigning it to learners.
