Delete Users

Delete learners or admins individually from the Users section. Learners can also be removed in bulk using a CSV upload.

Steps

  1. Log in to your Admin account
  2. From the main navigation menu, select Users

From here, you will see two sections:

  • Admins
  • Learners

Delete a Single Learner

  1. Select the Learners tab
  2. Locate the learner you want to remove
  3. At the far right of the learner’s row, click the three dots
  4. Select Delete

The learner will be removed from the platform.


Bulk Delete Learners

  1. Select the Learners tab
  2. In the top left corner, click Add/Update
  3. Select Bulk Delete

You will be prompted to upload a CSV file containing the learners you want to remove.

  1. Upload your CSV file
  2. Click Submit

The platform will match the learners in the file and delete them in bulk.


Delete an Admin

  1. Select the Admins tab
  2. Locate the admin you want to remove
  3. At the far right of the admin’s row, click the three dots
  4. Select Delete

The admin will be removed from the platform.

Tip
Use bulk delete when removing large groups of learners to save time and reduce manual cleanup.
