Create a Profile
Profiles allow you to organize and personalize the learner experience by grouping channels, featured content, and assigned learners together.
- Log in to your Admin account
- From the main navigation menu on the left-hand side, select Profiles
You will see a default profile already created in your system. You can choose to:
- Keep the default profile
- Edit the profile
- Delete the profile
Create a New Profile
- Click the Create Profile button in the top left corner of the screen
You will be directed to the Profile Builder.
- Complete the profile details:
- Internal name
- External/display name
- Description
- Choose whether you would like to automatically assign the profile to:
- All admins
- All learners
Add Channels to Your Profile
- Locate the section where you would like to add a channel
- Click the + icon between sections
A module will appear allowing you to:
- Search for channels
- Select the channel you would like to add to the profile
Feature a Course at the Top of Your Profile
- Hover over the featured section of the profile
- Click the Edit icon
From here, you can:
- Search for a course
- Select a course to feature at the top of the profile
Assign Learners to the Profile
On the side of the screen, you will see a learner bank where you can:
- Select individual learners to assign to the profile
- Bulk upload learners to assign in groups
Bulk upload will:
- Update existing learners
- Add new learners if they do not already exist in the system
Publish Your Profile
- Click Publish to make the profile live for learners
