Admin Overview
The Admin View is where you manage and monitor your Learner Mobile platform. From the main navigation menu, admins can create and manage content, users, profiles, analytics, notifications, achievements, and media.
Access the Admin View
- Log in to your Admin account
After logging in, you will land on the Admin View dashboard.
Main Navigation Menu
On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see the main navigation menu.
The main sections include:
- Content
- Users
- Profiles
- Achievements
- Analytics
- Notifications
- Media
Each section can expand to show additional management options.
Content
The Content section is where you create and manage training content.
From here, you can:
- Generate courses with AI
- Edit courses from your library
- Build courses from scratch
- Upload SCORM or eLearning content
Users
The Users section allows you to manage:
- Learners
- Admins
From here, you can:
- Add or update users
- Search for users
- Edit or delete users
- Manage learner and admin access
Profiles
The Profiles section allows you to:
- Create learner profiles
- Organize learners into groups
- Assign channels and featured content
- Customize learner experiences by audience or department
Achievements
The Achievements section is where you manage:
- Badges
- Certifications
- Shareable learner achievements
Analytics
The Analytics section gives visibility into learner activity and training performance.
Inside Analytics, you will find:
- Dashboard
- Reports
The Dashboard provides high-level platform insights, including:
- Unique logins
- Views
- Comments
- Total activity
- Average ratings
You can also filter analytics by:
- Profile
- Month
The Reports section provides deeper reporting categories, including:
- Adoption
- Compliance
- Engagement
- Readiness
These reports help track learner behavior, completions, engagement, and performance trends.
Notifications
The Notifications section allows admins to:
- Send learner notifications
- Schedule reminders
- Link notifications to courses or content
Media
The Media section stores uploaded assets such as:
- Images
- Videos
- Files
- Branding assets
These assets can be reused throughout your courses and platform.
Admin Account Menu
In the top right corner of the screen, click your initials icon to access additional account options.
From here, you can access:
- Account Settings
- Billing
- Learner View
- Log Off
Learner View
Selecting Learner View allows admins to experience the platform from the learner perspective and preview how content appears to learners.
