Account Settings Overview

Account Settings allow admins to customize platform branding, learner defaults, reminder emails, and personal account preferences.

Steps

  1. Log in to your Admin account
  2. In the top right corner of the screen, click the icon with your initials
  3. Select Account Settings

You will see multiple tabs at the top of the screen.

User Settings

In the User Settings tab, you can:

  • Set your personal admin language
  • Change your password
  • Toggle super admin functions if enabled on your account

Once your updates are complete, click Save.

Account Settings

In the Account Settings tab, you can customize the appearance and default behavior of your platform.

Here you can edit:

  • Account name
  • Platform logo
  • Primary brand colors
  • Secondary brand colors

You can also:

  • Upload a new logo using Change Image
  • Edit your logo directly using Edit Image

Edit Learner Settings

Scrolling further down the page, you will find the Edit Learner Settings section.

Here you can configure:

  • Default learner language
  • Default learner password
  • Force password updates on first login
  • Allow users to switch between profiles
  • Require login access for files
  • Filter search results by current profile
  • Send welcome emails to learners

Once your updates are complete, click Save.

Email Assignment Reminders

Further down the Account Settings page, you will find the Email Assignment Reminders section.

These reminders allow you to automatically send assignment reminder emails to learners.

To create a reminder:

  1. Click Add Digest Configuration

A configuration module will appear.

Schedule Tab

In the Schedule tab, you can configure:

  • Reminder frequency:
    • Daily
    • Weekly
    • Monthly
  • Time of day the email should send
  • How many days in advance learners should be reminded about due assignments

Once configured, click Save.

Email Settings Tab

In the Email Settings tab, you can customize how the reminder email appears to learners, including:

  • Email subject line
  • Sender information
  • Email messaging and formatting

This allows you to align reminder emails with your organization’s communication style.

Profiles Tab

In the Profiles tab, you can choose which learner profiles should receive assignment reminder emails.

Select the desired profiles to control who receives the reminders.
