National Hemp Association Selects Canna-Ed by Learner Mobile as its Technology Platform to Further Develop its Member Benefits
NHA sought a more technologically sophisticated approach to providing education and resources that meet the needs of its members in today’s application and mobile-driven environment.
Canna-Ed by Learner Mobile’s scalable technology will immediately improve communication to NHA’s members and will support its learning and educational curriculum in the future.
DALLAS, TX., March 25, 2021 — The National Hemp Association (NHA), a non-profit corporation that supports the growth and development of the industrial hemp industry, today announced that it has selected Canna-Ed by Learner Mobile as its technology partner to create a communications platform that improves the flow of information and education resources from the NHA to its members.
With its mission focused on pushing progress in all aspects of the industrial hemp industry, NHA sought to modernize its member communications through a scalable technology platform that can meet its current and future needs. As interest in hemp continues to grow and creates more career and business opportunities, NHA wanted a partner that understood how to disseminate updates and calls to action more quickly and conveniently with content that is designed for today’s fast-paced, on-the-go lifestyles.
“As a leading authority on hemp, providing our members with the most current information is critical. We wanted one, easy-to-use platform that makes communicating easier so that we’re more effective in keeping our members educated and up to date in this rapidly changing industry,” said Erica Stark, Executive Director, NHA. “Canna-Ed’s modern-learning platform for mobile and desktop users is the perfect platform to engage our community. Its convenient, user-first approach to disseminating content makes communication, and education in the future, more accessible, convenient, and effective.”
Canna-Ed, a Learning Management System (LMS) which helps organizations strengthen education and learning across the broader cannabis sector, is powered by the award-winning Learner Mobile platform that is utilized by leading retail, healthcare and higher education brands. The platform provides information and learning content in more consumable, engaging formats and utilizes AI to present relevant content to users based on their profile, interests and activity. The platform allows users to interact with content and each other while also providing detailed analytics on usage, engagement and effectiveness.
With considerable experience in education technology and effective communication beyond LMS, Canna-Ed’s CEO, Mike Thompson said, “Working with NHA gives us all at Canna-Ed a deep sense of pride, knowing that their mission to improve understanding of hemp and the hemp industry is rooted in bio-sustainability, economic opportunity and improving health. Effective communication and sharing knowledge empowers people to succeed in life’s pursuits, and by making learning more accessible and convenient creates even greater opportunities for everyone. We are thrilled to play a role in helping NHA deliver on its mission to push for progress in the industrial help industry.”
