Employees were given immediate access to training onsite through dedicated training laptops and iPads, making it easy to complete learning without leaving their location.

Because the platform is flexible and accessible across devices, employees could complete training on-site, in the flow of work, without needing scheduled classroom sessions.

Within the first month, 80% of the workforce began using the platform.

Instead of long courses, Learner Mobile delivers short micro-learning modules that employees can complete quickly between tasks.

Oilstop employees can access training onsite through shared devices, including laptops and iPads, allowing them to quickly complete learning between tasks.

They can access:

    • Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
    • Safety checklists
    • Compliance training
    • Role-specific certifications

These resources are available during the workday, enabling employees to quickly reference procedures and reinforce best practices without stepping away from operations.

The platform also allows Oilstop to push important updates directly to employees, including operational reminders, safety updates, and alerts such as severe weather closures.

This approach ensures employees always have access to the latest information without interrupting operations.

Compliance and Career Development

To reinforce safety across all locations, Oilstop assigned a Hazardous Materials training course to every employee.

The shared assignment created alignment across teams and helped establish a strong compliance baseline.

The result: 88% completion in the first month.

Oilstop also implemented a Triple Certification pathway within Learner Mobile, allowing employees to build expertise across three core roles:

  • Service Writer

Completion of these certifications helps determine eligibility for promotion, turning learning into a clear career pathway rather than a requirement.
